Human Resource (HR) Consulting Project MICON assisted ConEd in verifying the implementation costs associated with the installation of an Oracle-based HR project by providing industry-oriented Cost Models as a comparative point of reference.
Customer Information System MICON participated in a series of ConEd work sessions which focused on what to do with their existing five CIS systems as a result of various acquisitions with New Hampshire Public Service, Orange and Rockland, Yankee Gas and Northeast Utilities. The focus was on deregulation and migration strategy planning.
