Responsibilities include:

	Development of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for potential Product Vendors
	Evaluation and Selection of a Product Vendor
	Development of a Request for Proposal for potential System Integrators
	Evaluation and Selection of a System Integrator
	Conduct Contract Negotiations
