Responsibilities include:

	Develop Business Requirements
	Prepare a Request for proposal (RFP) to distribute to product vendors
	Evaluate and select an optimum product vendor
	Negotiate license, maintenance and professional services contracts

Customer Information System

MICON is currently assisting NYPA in a Customer Information System (CIS) Replacement Project.
Responsibilities include:

	Business Case Development
	Product Evaluation and Selection
	System Integrator Evaluation and Selection
	Contract Negotiations
	Quality Assurance
