  Central and South West Customer Information System MICON assisted American Electric Power (AEP) and Central and South West in their CIS Merger Assessment. The objective was to determine which internal Customer information System or other commercially available CIS should be utilized in the future as it pertains to the merged companies and the new deregulation environment.
